This can be done by adjusting the torsion bars on your pickup's suspension. Doing this can raise the front end as much as 2 inches. There are torsion bar adjuster bolts as shown in the video below that can be tightened or loosened to adjust your rides front end height. After doing this it is a good idea to get your vehicle aligned.
Be sure that each side of the front of the vehicle is the same height. Measure the vehicle on the ground from the front tire to the top of the fender.
